A coin naming an X account does not mean that person created, endorsed or is affiliated with it. Unverified nominations are labeled unofficial.

Tokenized stocks are not shares

xStocks are tokenized financial products issued by a third party. They are not direct brokerage shares, do not give voting rights in the underlying company, and are not equity in any memecoin. Their value and redeemability depend on the issuer.

Regional restrictions

Smart contract and operational risk

Raydium, Jupiter, Solana and STKS software can fail. Swaps are subject to slippage and failed transactions.
